I'm a 32 year old IT engineer living in my native Edinburgh, Scotland. I became interested in photography as a serious hobby in late 2005. I started a photoblog as a way to track my progression as I learn more, and motivate myself to keep taking pictures even on those days when I don't want to. I take most of my inspiration from the city I live in. It's sometimes easy to walk around such a beautiful place and forget just how unique it is. Looking through the lens always serves as a reminder.
